Redmi 9 Activ launched. Price? Battery, Camera, and many more

Redmi launched another smartphone in its 9 series which is called Redmi 9 Activ.

Redmi 9 Activ Processor

The chipset used in the device is MediaTek Helio G35 SoC based on 12nm technology. This processor is specifically designed, for lower mid-range smartphones.

Redmi 9 Activ Display

Redmi 9 Activ is accompanied; by a 6.53-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) Dot Drop Display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 400 nits of peak brightness. There is no information about the Corning Gorilla Glass Protection.

Redmi 9 Activ Camera

This device comes with a dual rear camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.2 lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 lens. In front, there is a 5-megapixel with an f/2.2 lens.

Redmi 9 Activ Storage and ram

The internal storage configuration of the smartphone is 64GB which is expandable storage up to 512GB with 4GB of Ram. Redmi 9 Activ also has other storage configurations that vary with the RAM.

Redmi 9 Activ Battery and Charging

Redmi 9 Activ comes with a long-lasting battery of 5,000mAh with a 10w charger. The company claims to deliver a 2-day battery life.

Redmi 9 Activ Software support

Redmi 9 Activ runs on Android 11 with a custom skin Ui of MIUI 12. MIUI is a custom skin used in Xiaomi phones.

Redmi 9 Activ Colour Options

Redmi 9 Activ has three different colours. Carbon Black, Coral Green, Metallic Purple can be seen with minimalist back.

Connectivity options on the Redmi 9 Activ include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, Infrared, USB Type-C, FM radio, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). For security, there is a fingerprint scanner at back.

The new Redmi 9 Activ starts at Rs. 9,499 for the base variant 4/64GB and Rs. 10,999 for 6/128 GB.
