iQoo 8 renders tipped. Display, Camera and Battery.

iQoo has become serious about the Indian market and, they are coming with iQoo 8. and iQoo 8 Legend in India after launching in China. The phone is directly competing with the OnePlus 9RT.

iQoo 8 Processor

The chipset used in the device is Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC based on a 5mm fabricant. The performance of the processor cores should be around 15% better than the old Snapdragon 865+. The integrated Adreon 660 GPU should make a bigger jump by 35% (most likely compared to the SD 865).

iQoo 8 Display

The device may feature a 6.56-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,376 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 10-bit colour. The display will support HDR10+. There is no information on Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

iQoo 8 Camera

The China version of the device features a triple house camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel of a primary sensor with f/1.8 and pixel size of 0.8 microns, also 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor f/2.2, and a 13-megapixel telephoto lens f/2.2 with 50mm. There is a 16-megapixel f/2.5 for quality selfies.

iQoo 8 Storage and Ram

The internal storage configuration of the smartphone is 128GB UFS 3.1 which, is non-expandable storage with 8GB of LPDDR5 Ram. iQoo 8 also has other storage configurations that vary with the RAM.

iQoo 8 Battery and Charging

The device may come with a medium-size battery of 4,350mAh with a 120w fast charger. The company claims to charge the device nearly in 16-18 minutes.

iQoo 8 Software Support

iQoo 8 will run on Android 11 with Origin Os 1 as a custom skin but, some say that it may come with Android 12. We don’t know about the software support given by iQoo.

iQoo 8 Colour Options

Seeing the leaked image there will be three colour options. White, Orange, and Black with a plastic back.

iQoo 8 Other Features

Connectivity options in IQoo 8 include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. For security, there will be an in-mounted fingerprint scanner.

iQoo 8 Price

The Chinese variant of the smartphone CNY 3,799 (roughly Rs. 43,600), the same price combination can be seen in India too.
